
Easy Chocolate Chip cookies
Easy, healthy, vegan cookies!
How I made these:
🍪DRY🍪
•2 cups organic oat flour (to make at home- place 2 c oats in blender)
•1.5 tsp baking powder
•pinch of salt
•1/2 c sweetener of choice (Date sugar, Monk fruit, coconut sugar, etc)
🤎WET🤎
•1/4 c apple sauce
•2 tbs nut butter (almond, cashew, sunflower seed.. I used @eatnuttzo 7 nut & seed)
•2 tbs flax seed mixed w 3 tbs water ( OR omit & use 1/4 c nut butter in total)
•1 tsp vanilla
•chocolate chips (I used @hukitchen cashew butter chocolate bar and chopped it!)
How to:
Mix the dry, then mix the wet and then combine and mix. If you need it, add a few splashes of almond milk. If it’s too wet and sticky, add extra oat flour. The dough should not be runny or too moist!
Scoop out, roll into balls, and press into cookies. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
